Assuming you are using windows 7, and the latest version of ObjectDock, you just have to copy the image to the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus2\Running Indicators
then goto the settings dialog in object dock, > click "style and color" and look down under *more options* and click on "Running indicators" > click "chose running indicator" and then select the one iv uploaded.
If you aren't using windows 7, then the file location to where you must copy the file should be pretty similar to the one above, minus the (86). And if you're not using the newest version of object dock, then my only advice is that you get it. Its possible to get it free.
